Elizabeth (Beth) Horwin, founder of Consulting & Training Services, is responsible for the implementation of the company’s mission. Consulting & Training Services (CTS) assist our Clients by sorting through this maze of Managed Care Services and Integrated Disability Systems. By identifying appropriate Options and Alternatives, we give clients the ability to Document, Validate & Increase Return on Investment. CTS utilize an extensive network of contracted professionals to provide services and implement programs. Contracted personnel are of the highest caliber and have demonstrated a positive history with the organization.

Consulting & Training Services (CTS) success and longevity in providing services to clients are directly related to our desire and ability to respond flexibly to client needs and concerns. There is no cookie cutter program, no boiler plate approach, but rather customized, focused services related to: cost containment strategies; utilization of managed care options and alternatives; disability management strategies; risk management options, focus on demonstrating return on investment; drug testing programs; employee assistance programs; and the utilization of state of the art, evidence-based technology.

Compensation for services is determined by the type and scope of services needed by the client. Contractual arrangements include: hourly rates, project rates or retentions.
